On October 5th, the Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle called The Spirit of DC arrived in Portland on its way to Salem. They are on a trek to visit all the state capitals in the lower 48 to let our leaders know that plug-in powered personal transportation is possible right now and can double the MPG of current hybrids.
